The Returns Investigation Engineer will provide hands-on expertise and drive troubleshooting and analysis of product returns and data to identify failure mechanisms at the device and ecosystem level.
Through teamwork and cross-team collaboration, this critical role will drive insights and solutions that will solve real customer problems and reduce returns.

Pay Transparency Notice:
The target annual salary for this position can ranges from $85,000.00 to $90,000.00. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus (5% of base salary with an overachievement cap of 10% of base salary) if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
Compensation for roles at ReSound depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
