KBW has partnered with a large distribution company in Boston who has an immediate opening for a Retail Order Processor.

The Retail Order Processor is responsible for reviewing and accepting orders from key accounts. The Retail Order processor will also process the orders; ensuring the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on-time. This position will collaborate with carriers and foodservice customers to coordinate pick-up, monitor delivery dates, keep track of inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to leadership when needed.

Daily tasks will include:

• Review daily orders and communicate delivery info with sales team

• Input orders through company system

• Create shipping labels and paperwork for outbound orders

• Assist with ship-confirm

• Track shipments and update master list

Compensation: Up to 22/hr depending on experience
