Position Description
We're searching for a skilled Resume Writer to join the team at Realign (Jobtest.org). In this role, you'll work both directly and indirectly with our clients and coaches to craft compelling resumes that highlight their strengths and align with their career goals. Your expertise will help clients stand out in competitive job markets and advance in their professional journeys.
What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients and their assigned coaches (where applicable) to create personalized resumes that reflect their unique experiences and career aspirations.
• Utilize our proprietary career report (where applicable) to enhance resume content and alignment with clients' goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and advice on how clients can improve their resumes and related career documents.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in resume writing or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A Bachelor's degree in English, communications, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of various resume formats, including ATS-friendly formats, and industry-specific requirements.
• An innate drive to assist individuals in reaching their professional aspirations.
• Former experience as a recruiter or career coach is a plus.
• Ability to convey intricate concepts in an understandable and persuasive manner.

Time Commitment
This is an hourly, freelance role with the flexibility to ramp up/down as needed with a minimum requirement of 15-20 hours per week.
Compensation
Compensation for this role ranges between $20/hour to $40/hour, depending on your experience level.
Location
This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your preferred location
