We are looking for an experienced manager willing to relocate to Washington D.C. and help lead all aspects of our downtown location. We will help pay for the move and getting set up.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Help with hiring, training and supervising our amazing team
• Creating staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
• Keeping track of supplies and equipment as well as forecasting needs and ordering as necessary
• Taking ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
• Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standard
