We are looking for a Licensed Residential Real Estate Agent to join our team of professionals. We provide the leads, as a Licensed Residential Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for meeting clients to discuss ideal properties and price points to help them buy or sell residential properties.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Set appointments to meet with clients and show them prospective properties
• Prospect a minimum of 3 hours per day, in 5 days without being told
• Actively source new clients through marketing and advertising initiatives
• Answer any questions clients might have regarding the property, neighborhood, etc.
• Promote the sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services, and advertisements
• Establish a network of mortgage lenders, contractors, and legal attorneys to whom you can refer clients
• Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power
• Prepare necessary paperwork and stay on top of deadlines and deliveries
• Support and confidently lead clients through the entire real estate process
• Follow all local and state real estate laws and regulations

Requirements

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• At least 1 to 5 years of experience as a realtor is preferred but not required
• Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent - If you have sales experience and are in the process of getting your license, we still want to meet you!
• Valid CO driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Previous experience with sales
• Computer literate and familiar with online real estate systems and MLS sites
• Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
• Self-sufficient and motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Persistent and proactive
