Responsibilities:

• Execute make readies/turnovers within 3-6 days
• Address service requests/work orders within 24 hours
• Preserve property, report issues promptly
• Provide great customer service and resident retention

Requirements:

• Must be able to work one weekend day
• Preferred 2+ years in residential maintenance or have equivalent experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, handyman/construction)
• On-call availability
• Valid CA driver's license, with a clean driving record

The compensation range for this position is $22 - $28/hr. The base pay offered may fluctuate based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
