Responsibilities:

✅Consult with potential clients to assess specific needs to include client preferences and budget.

✅Research, create, and book vacation itineraries.

✅Effectively communicate with clients pre and post vacation to ensure satisfaction.

✅Handle client issues that arise before, during, and after they travel.

✅Solve unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns

✅Attend ongoing trainings to maintain familiarity with tourism trends

✅Create and update electronic records of clients

✅Maintain relationships with suppliers and other key persons within the industry.
