Innisfree M&A, Incorporated is accepting resumes for a REMOTE position as a Salesforce Team Lead Specialist.

We are putting together a crew of talented professionals for a work-from-home project. We are looking for a candidate who could work 40 hours per week with the opportunity for voluntary overtime.

The position is for project-based employment. No sales.

Innisfree M&A Incorporated is a New York-based Investor Relations firm that represents various high-profile, publicly-traded corporations. Position is for remote work through the Pittsburgh office.

The Salesforce Team Lead Specialist will be expected to oversee agent outreach on the Salesforce platform and keep oversight of key performance metrics. Candidates will have a strong background with Salesforce supervisory tools, including dashboards and reporting. The Salesforce Team Lead Specialist will be expected to have a background in team management on the Salesforce platform. We utilize Five9 as our cloud-based dialer and a strong understanding will be expected.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Salesforce: 2 years (Preferred)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud/Financial Service Cloud Experience and Certifications (Preferred)
• Five9: 1-2 years (Preferred)
• Prior experience in management
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel
• Personal Computer (Windows 10 8GB RAM or Windows 11 4GB RAM - NO MAC OS) & Strong Internet Connection
• Minimum of 1 year experience in finance, investments, sales, or in a call center environment (Preferred)
• Great communication/listening skills/phone presence
• Ability to handle problems and issues in a tactful manner

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 per hour
