About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven performance marketer to take ownership of lead generation.
This is not a branding or social media role. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified inbound leads that turn into revenue.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (search-focused)
- Improving landing pages and website conversion rates
- Executing email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and existing customers
- Identifying opportunities to increase lead volume while lowering cost per lead
- Tracking and reporting on performance (leads, CPL, revenue impact)
What We Care About (Must Have)
- Proven experience running Google Ads with measurable ROI
- Experience generating B2B leads (not just e-commerce)
- Understanding our target and bringing those types of leads in
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization (CRO)
- Ability to work independently and be accountable for results
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in B2B, wholesale, telecom, or distribution
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Website design
- CRM experience

Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000 base (depending on experience)
