About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven performance marketer to take ownership of lead generation.

This is not a branding or social media role. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified inbound leads that turn into revenue.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (search-focused)
• Improving landing pages and website conversion rates
• Executing email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and existing customers
• Identifying opportunities to increase lead volume while lowering cost per lead
• Tracking and reporting on performance (leads, CPL, revenue impact)

What We Care About (Must Have)

• Proven experience running Google Ads with measurable ROI
• Experience generating B2B leads (not just e-commerce)
• Understanding our target and bringing those types of leads in
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization (CRO)
• Ability to work independently and be accountable for results

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in B2B, wholesale, telecom, or distribution
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Website design
• CRM experience

Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000 base (depending on experience)
• Performance-based bonus tied to results
