connect with people who already requested information, and enjoy a flexible full-time

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers starting the review process

• Offer introductory explanations of available benefits programs

• Keep customer progress organized and updated

• Walk customers through early onboarding steps

• Share notes and updates with the team
