What you will be doing as a Remote Medical Records Specialist:

Become an expert on our Case Management Software, Adobe, and Microsoft Office that you will be using daily
You’ll be a problem solver by identifying the status of each claim
We make sure all bills are paid! Our Medical Records Specialist will be the one to process records invoices.
We always strive to reach our goals! Goals for this position include 50 records requests daily, 60 hearing level records reviews, 90 of non-hearing records reviews, and 130 records submissions all with 10% or less errors.
To meet all of our goals, the Medical Records Specialist has productivity requirements in place.
Quality is extremely important to our firm. That’s why we have the standards of maintaining at least a 90% on quality scores.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Remote Medical Records Specialist’s pay range is $12.04 to $14.33 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY 6 MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 16 to 29 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
