Job Description:

We are searching for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to fill our full-time Relationship Banking Officer position at our Cottage Grove location. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients in the bank and out in the community. This individual will process banking transactions, assist clients with opening and closing accounts, engage in financial conversations to determine needs and offer additional bank products or services that will benefit the client and originate, underwrite and close consumer loans.

Required Qualifications / Skills / Abilities
 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to proficiently perform a wide variety of tasks with a strong attention to detail
• Solve client questions and concerns with warmth and a collaborative spirit
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Have or be able to attain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
