Registered Client Associate
As the Client Associate, we will lean on you to provide exceptional customer service, support financial advisory functions, interact professionally with clients, and serve as administrative support for the team.
Major Duties:
- Assist Financial Advisors in collection, creation, and distribution of client investment plans.
- Compile and send client review meeting packets and referral meeting packets.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing clients.
- Assist in meeting scheduling, reminders, gather and input client's outside financial data as needed.
- Prepare, send, follow-up and process forms and other operational functions.
- Provide service to clients via phone, email, written correspondence including but not limited to incoming calls/emails, questions regarding statements, online enrollment assistance, general account activity etc.
- Assist with marketing and event planning.
- Enter security order tickets.
- May perform various administrative functions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Series 7 & Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) is a requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business/Administration or a related field or equivalent experience is desired.
- Team player, eager to collaborate with others.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; process orientated.
- Experience with Envision, E-Money, or other financial planning software is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication and grammatical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through verbal and written skills.
- Ability to navigate client concerns, report complaints as appropriate to compliance officer.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload responsibilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and activities on a routine basis with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn additional software applications.
- Ability to self-motivate.
- Ability to work with strict confidentiality requirements, as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation and distribution of confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
