What You Will Do

Under limited supervision you will be responsible for creating and/or localizing marketing content with a focus on increasing awareness and demand for our Business Communication customers. You will execute marketing activities and recommend initiatives to generate interest in BizCom products, enhancing sales and increasing market share in line with the global marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be event and tradeshow management, as you will be expected to project manage each as well as provide on-site coordination during the events.

What You Will Bring

You’ve got a degree in Business Management or Marketing, and three - five years of Trade Marketing experience in a similar industry or Public Relations firm. Event Management Experience is required – including roadshows, small trade events, and large tradeshows. Tradeshow certifications are a plus, but are not required

You can share stories of how you’ve built strong relationships with internal, cross-functional teams and external partners.You have an analytical mindset with an intuitive sense of how to interpret KPI and can then design the appropriate marketing strategies to capitalize on them.You have top notch project management skills and can keep many balls in the air at once.You enjoy travelling and interacting with a variety of different people as you’ll be visiting customers and participating in trade shows at least 25% of your time.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Sennheiser, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $98,000 Total Cash Compensation per year
