Regional Marketing Manager / North America / Remote / Up to $130,000 Plus Bonus

We’re seeking a home and field based Regional Marketing Manager to accelerate sales growth, strengthen customer engagement, and raise brand presence across the region. Acting as a strategic partner to the sales team, you’ll deliver sales enablement, localized marketing execution, and customer-facing initiatives that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement global sales enablement tools and coach sales teams on messaging and positioning.
2. Join customer meetings and co-rides to support engagement and build stronger relationships.
3. Develop and execute the regional marketing plan, tailoring global assets to local needs.
4. Plan and deliver trade shows, events, and co-marketing projects with customers and partners.
5. Act as the regional voice of the customer, feeding insights back into strategy.
6. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales enablement activities.

Desired Skills:

1. B2B marketing, sales enablement, or customer engagement experience.
2. Strong communicator and coach, confident working directly with customers.
3. Skilled at balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
4. Experience in life sciences logistics or temperature-controlled transport is a plus.
5. Fluent in English (Spanish a bonus).
6. Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.

1. $100,000-130,000 basic salary plus performance-based bonus
