The Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator will externally recruit potential candidates and design and implement selection methods to ensure a talented and diverse group of applicants enroll in the program. They will support residency candidates through the admissions and selection process and work in collaboration with the recruitment team to ensure that program inquiries are addressed in a timely fashion. They will also be responsible for supporting internal processes that facilitate comprehensive candidate support and effective data collection.

This position reports to the Director of Recruitment and Alumni Engagement.

This is a full-time position based in Denver, Colorado in a hybrid work setting.
