Recruiter - Corporate Functions - 6 month contract

EA's Talent Acquisition (TA) team hires experienced talent across EA's teams including our development studios, marketing, commercial and corporate groups. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and support our efforts in recruitment of Corporate Functions opportunities in North America. You will understand the annual recruitment requirements, maintain an inclusive candidate pipeline, and provide a top-notch experience for candidates and hiring partners. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and serve as a primary advisor in driving recruitment for a selection of teams across the region. What a Recruiter does at EA:

• Full-cycle recruitment (application review, candidate screen, interview coordination, offer creation, and closing of candidates) for Corporate Functions teams across North America
• Identify job descriptions, and create inclusive hiring approaches together with your hiring partners
• Be the expert for hiring managers providing guidance on recruitment and interview practices, candidate sharing, and assessment of candidates
• Produce regular reports on recruitment strategies and progress to hiring partners
• Be the point of contact and mentor for prospective candidates
• Provide memorable and unique experience for all candidates irrespective of outcome
• Introduce creative ideas to the team to encourage future growth

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter
• Experience recruiting Finance, Human Resources and/or Legal opportunities
• Foundation of best practices regarding tracking, communication, and reporting of hiring efforts
• Experience serving as a recruitment advisor and partner to hiring teams
• You have a true passion for inclusivity
• You enjoy developing global relationships both inside and outside the organization
• Consultative, influential, and collaborative with all levels of team members in the organization

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
 

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $78,500 - $119,650

• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

º $73,150 - $119,650

• Jersey City, NJ :

º $84,750 - $119,650

• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

º $73,150 - $97,500

• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $73,150 - $105,250

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
