Greet patients and answer telephone. Schedule appointments, collect patient information, and assemble patient files. Enter charges, collect monies, and balance cash drawer. Correspond with medical facilities to schedule patient testing and prescriptions. Communicate with nurses and physicians for scheduling needs.

H.S. diploma or GED required. Office Administration and Clerical classes preferred. Requires excellent computer skills and telephone etiquette. Communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills essential. At least one year experience in receptionist position preferred.

Schedule: Full Time Permanent, Day Shift, Mon-Thur 8am-430pm Fri 8am-12pm
