Position: Real Estate Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee high-end renovation projects, gut rehabs, and new construction of luxury homes and condos.
• Manage general contractors and all aspects of construction operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects and designers to develop and review architectural drawings.
• Navigate city permitting processes and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and certified construction project manager.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development companies.
• Proven experience in high-end renovations and gut rehabs.
• Strong knowledge of managing general contractors and construction operations.
• Familiarity with city permits and architectural drawings.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
