We are in search of a Real Estate Manager to join our team in the United States. The person will be responsible for the site development of our Robo Shops (vending machines) in the United States.

What You Will Achieve

• Responsible for Robo Shop development and site selection, including site information collection, evaluation and analysis, investment budget, and summary
• Complete contract modification and business negotiation to deliver new Robo Shop opportunities
• Coordinate with various departments to complete the launch and landing of Robo Shops
• Build and maintain relationships with key account holders and landlords
• May be asked to help with POP MART store deals as well

What You Will Need

• College degree or above
• 2+ years of working experience in site selection and commercial real estate leasing
• Strong sense of responsibility along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to be a team player and support Pop Mart's growth on other special assignments
• Familiarity with shopping malls, office buildings, colleges, scenic locations, etc., and knowledge of major business districts in the United States
