Responsibilities:Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriateOversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contractsProspecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new businessConduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researchedManage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
