Responsibilities

• Help investors analyze and purchase investment properties
• Build meaningful relationships with clients
• Negotiate
• Perform comparative market analysis(CMA's) to estimate properties’ value
• Remain knowledgeable about the Triangle real estate market
• Record videos of homes for clients as needed (easy! we show you how)
• Close deals!

Skills and Requirements

• North Carolina Real Estate License required
• Motivation
• Team player
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
