The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) position performs a myriad of roles
- Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask).
- Must be dedicated to systems and processes.
- Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis.
- Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients.
We're not interested in someone who just wants to sell houses. We're interested in someone who loves making connections and doesn't want the audacious schedule of a real estate agent that pulls you out of your home.
Compensation $100,000+ Salary and commission

Qualifications
- This is an in-office position with some remote options
- Possess a Colorado real estate license
- Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: canvassing, door knocking, political lobbying, and military
- One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry preferredWe hire on character and we can train skill… So let's talk!
Responsibilities
- Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
- Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
- Pursue leads consistently until appointments are scheduled with a buyer’s or listing agent
- Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers
