Christine Wilczek & Jason Bacza are looking for a licensed professional real estate buyers broker with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate. You will not be lost in a large office. You will be working side by side with both team leaders that closed nearly 200 million in sales between 2020/2021 and nearly 40 years of combined real estate experience

Responsibilities

• Updating database(TopProducer) with new and existing clients
• Following up with potential clients, internet leads and past clients
• Determine clients’ needs and propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market upcoming listings to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, disclosures, net sheets)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and other real estate brokers
• Promote sales through social media, open houses and other networking
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Skills

• Proven working experience as a real estate broker
• Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful

• Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Real estate broker’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
