The Coldwell Banker Hedges Realty Apprentice Program is a unique “launch-pad” to a successful career in real estate. Those selected as the Apprentice are awarded a ONE-YEAR salary of $50,000, which provides Apprentices with financial security as they start building a career in real estate.

Apprentice Night is a commitment-free, fun one-hour event with a short presentation. Anyone interested in a career in real estate can meet current Realtors, learn the ins and outs of working in real estate, and hear about the advantages of working at Coldwell Banker Hedges Realty.

Details:

Only one attendee of each “Apprentice Night” is selected as the “Apprentice.” Other applicants will be chosen to join our company as Independent Contractor Agents and will be reimbursed the cost of getting a real estate license.
