This is an extremely flexible position but does require time management, grit and drive. The Southbound Group is open to candidates who do not yet have a real estate license but are willing to get one. Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Real estate license (and all that maintaining a license entails - see below)
Buyer's Agent/Showing Specialist is responsible for the following:
- maintaining an active real estate license in good standing
- completing required continuing education per license requirements
- her own association/MLS dues
- her own Sentricard dues
- her own E&O insurance
- her own cell phone bill
- team commission splits
- Clean, reliable transportation

Position Responsibilities:
- Meet with buyers and lead buyer agent during buyer consultations
- Learn and analyze buyers’ needs
- Find appropriate properties for the buyer to view
- Set up all showings
- Be on call for buyers and willing to show properties to contracted clients between the hours of 9am-7pm Sunday through Saturday (days and hours will fluctuate with the market - this position allows for a VERY flexible schedule)
- Provide constructive feedback for all showings to listing agents
- Gather any data regarding the homes that the buyer requests (comps, HOA docs/info, insurance information, GFEs from lenders, disclosure information etc…)
- Provide summary of day and showing log to lead agent after each showing meeting
- Using team-approved systems and verbiage, pass buyer back to lead buyer agent to execute the offer/contract
- Attend final walk through and closing
- Maintain professional, courteous relationship with cooperating agents and all peers
- Consistently and continually complete daily/weekly/monthly task goals required by team leader
- Attend one personal safety/protection class per year
- Submit showing schedule to team's Director of Operations prior to showing properties and/or open houses and check-in upon completion (safety precaution)
