We are looking for a couple of licensed Real Estate agents to join our team.  We are opening several new offices around the country. At NetWorth Realty we only promote from within. As agents are promoted within the company it provides an opportunity to bring in new entry-level agents. We are committed to having the most knowledgeable agents in the industry.  Because of this, you would have a mentor on Day 1 that would help you learn the ropes. It would start with 5 weeks of (in office and in the field) one-on-one training.  We will also provide continuing education for long-term career growth. Success comes from education, support, and commitment. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Continually develop a network of buyers through traditional and alternative methods
  • Use our proprietary software to maintain consistency and accuracy of your pipeline
  • Attend local networking events
  • Determine ARV and comparative market analysis
  • Sell properties from our private inventory
  • Facilitate the sale of properties with clients and title companies
  • Identify off-market properties for purchase
  • Meet with potential buyers and sellers of single-family properties

Qualifications and Skills

  • An active Real Estate License (OR in the process of obtaining a real estate license) 
  • Advance skills in communication, selling, and negotiations 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • 1-2 years experience selling a product or service is a plus
