Qualifications:

• Must have a real estate license.
• Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
• Able to demonstrate self-managing business ethics for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
• On-point and responsive to clients.
• Utilize technology via computer, printer, scanner, email, cellphone, and applications.
• Willing to receive training and one on one coaching.
• Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
