We are looking for a responsible, caring, organized individual to join our imaging team! This is a great opportunity for the dental assistant or hygienist who prefers an office setting with comfortable hours and flexible schedule. Our office takes CT scans for our referring doctors and sends the doctors the results of the scans.

This job is NOT a typical assistant job where you would work 1:1 with a dentist and assist him/her in dental procedures; rather, the overall job responsibilities call for taking CT scans and sending them out to our referring dentists. We will train you to use our specific machine and software!

We are looking for a certified dental assistant or hygienist whose responsibilities include:

help schedule patients for their CT scans
greeting patients as they walk in
having patients fill in a medical/dental history form
explaining to patients the CT Scan procedure
taking dental CT scans
providing referring dentists with CT scan results
maintaining the office organization and completing office tasks needed
making phone calls to remind patients of their appointments
answer any phone calls coming in
helping dentists who may need help opening the scan
Our facility ONLY has a dental CT scan machine. We only cater to dentists who send their patients to us for the CT scan. We are not responsible for any diagnosis of any kind. Office environment is serene and low pressure!

***MUST be a California certified dental assistant with certification to take X-rays***

***Completion of X-ray Safety course preferred***
