What You Need for this Position

• 3+yrs Quality Assurance
• Backend server API testing (with tools like Postman)
• Mobile application testing
• Web application testing
• Client Communication (ability to meet with client, understand issues in the software, and coordinate support with internal engineering team)
• Test Plans
• Troubleshoot

What You Will Be Doing

• Quality assurance (reproduce issues, access initial issue diagnosis, coordination with multiple teams)
• Level one support
• You will be the primary contact between the test group and the engineering teams
• Analyze requirements, clarify design dependencies, create test plans, support documentation for technical accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during testing and production
• Identify and solve issues before launch
