About the Job:

The QA Lab Analyst is responsible for building new as well as maintaining next-generation technology labs as a part of the quality engineering team, delivering world-class cutting-edge products to the 7000 plus Taco Bell restaurants. With this role, there will be an opportunity to bring innovative ideas and assist with configuring applications on a cloud infrastructure. The QA Lab Coordinator will report to the QA Manager.

The Day-to-Day:

• Build knowledge of Taco Bell restaurant technologies including various hardware, software, and network
• Responsible for setting up new QA labs, maintenance of current labs as well as device inventory
• Execute standard deployment procedures on various devices such as POS, payment, kiosk, etc. to ensure all labs are ready for any new build validation by the respective QA teams
• Support maintenance software release testing activities as needed
• Provide regular status updates of ongoing tasks and escalate any roadblocks to senior team members; discuss with product teams/QA leads current and future lab necessities
• Communicates & seeks guidance/feedback regularly from more senior members of the team

Is This You?

• BA/BS degree (Computer science or Information Technology) or equivalent years of experience
• At least 1 year of hardware, software, or Jr. QA Analyst experience
• A good understanding of IT systems, hardware, and configurations is preferred
• Ability to be present in person

Salary Range: $32.02 to $45.69 hourly + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
