Our challenge

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, extensive experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that leverage the latest in generative AI technology.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Chandler, AZ/Jersey City, NJ/Charlotte, NC is $90000-$100000/year & benefits (see below)..

The Role

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize generative AI models using Python and relevant frameworks.
2. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model knowledge and accuracy.
3. Fine-tune and customize LLMs such as GPT, BERT, or similar models for various applications.
4. Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
5. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
6. Conduct research on emerging trends in generative AI and incorporate best practices.
7. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
8. Monitor and evaluate model performance, and implement improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience in Python programming.
3. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
4. Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
5. Experience with AI frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
6. Knowledge of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
8. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills..
