Job Title: Python Developer (AI / Machine Learning Exposure)

Location: United States — Onsite / Hybrid / Remote (based on client needs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Python for enterprise platforms and data-driven systems.
2. Collaborate with product teams, data engineers, and analysts to translate functional requirements into technical implementations.
3. Build and maintain REST APIs, data processing pipelines, and automation scripts using Python.
4. Assist in developing and integrating AI/ML models into existing applications and services.
5. Support data preparation, model integration, and testing for AI-driven features and intelligent automation initiatives.
6. Participate in Agile development cycles, code reviews, debugging, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 5–7 years of overall experience in Python development building backend applications or data processing solutions.
2. Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
3. Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
4. Familiarity with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools.
5. Basic to intermediate exposure to Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts or frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
6. Experience with Git-based version control and modern development practices.
7. Good communication and collaboration skills working within cross-functional teams.
8. Preferred / Nice to Have:
9. Exposure to Generative AI, LLM integrations, or AI-based automation solutions.
10. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
11. Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized deployments.
12. Understanding of data engineering or model deployment workflows.
