Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Publisher Development Director to join our growing team in New York. As the Publisher Development Director, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key publishers and media partners to drive the distribution of our visual advertising solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of publishers and optimizing revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential publisher partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements with publishers to secure placement for our visual advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation and yield optimization from publisher partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align publisher initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on publisher performance metrics and revenue projections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in publisher development, digital advertising, or media sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, ad networks, and publisher monetization strategies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and technology.
