The Technical (RFP) Writer is responsible for leading the development of high-quality proposal responses that position Catalyst Solutions and healthplans.ai effectively in competitive consulting, BPO, BPaaS and AI-enabled health plan solution pursuits. This role coordinates cross-functional input, translates technical and operational capabilities into clear client-facing narratives, and ensures timely delivery of RFP, RFI, and related growth documentation. The RFP Writer plays a key role in supporting disciplined growth execution by maintaining proposal consistency, improving response quality, and strengthening the ability of both organizations to win new business.


Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage the end-to-end development of RFP, RFI, and proposal responses, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and on-time submission for Catalyst Solutions and healthplans.ai pursuits.

• Translate consulting, outsourcing, and AI-enabled solution offerings into clear, compelling written responses aligned to client needs and evaluation criteria.

• Partner with internal stakeholders across Growth, Delivery, Technology, Operations, Finance, and People & Culture to gather required inputs and validate solution details.

• Maintain and organize proposal content libraries, past performance examples, case studies, and standard response templates to improve speed and consistency across both organizations.

• Ensure proposals reflect organizational positioning, brand standards, and executive-level quality in both narrative structure and presentation.

• Coordinate proposal schedules, responsibilities, and review cycles, including executive approvals and final production readiness.

• Identify recurring themes, competitive gaps, or improvement opportunities, supporting continuous enhancement of proposal strategy and win effectiveness.

• Support development of Statements of Work (SOWs), client presentations, and other growth-related documentation as needed.
