Position Overview:
mem property management corporation, a leading company in Condominium Management, is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager for complexes located in Northern and Central New Jersey. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, outgoing, and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess 5-10 years of experience in condominium property management, with a strong background in vendor management, bid procurement, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience in condominium property management (5-10 years)
• Proficiency in bid procurement and vendor management
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pool operations and community event organization
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of building systems and documents (Proprietary Leases, Bylaws, etc.)
• Understanding of city codes, violations, and proper procedures
• CAI Certification is a plus
