They are currently looking to add a Property Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$80k plus 10% Incentive Bonus

Position Overview

There is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join the team for our client’s beautiful community. Responsibilities Of The Property Manager

• Managing of 300 – 400 residential units / new build
• Managing the Assistant Property Manager
• Preparing annual budgets and completing monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Involvement in leasing, credit and collections, marketing
• Ensure compliance with all fair housing regulations

Qualifications For The Property Manager

• 3 – 5 years of market rent/residential property management experience
• Familiarity with leasing, credit and collections, marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to lead and motivate others
• Must possess professional written and verbal communication skills

Education Requirements

• High school diploma is required
