This role plays an essential part in executing partner merchandising, email marketing, creative direction, and content accuracy across multiple third-party brands. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This team moves fast and across various internal and external business units so you will need to be able to effortlessly navigate several projects at the same time.

What You’ll Do:

Email Merchandising & Creative Execution

  1. Plan, schedule, and manage merchandising for third-party email sends based on partner calendars and business priorities.
  2. Direct the creative development of marketing assets, including visual layout, message hierarchy, and overall look and feel.
  3. Review and proof all creative assets for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment before partner submission.

Technical QA, Tracking, & Link Management

  1. Build campaign URLs using standardized UTM tracking parameters to support accurate performance measurement.
  2. Test and validate all email links, tracking tags, and renders to ensure flawless execution.
  3. Troubleshoot tagging or tracking inconsistencies and partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Offer Management & Platform Updates

  1. Post cruise promotions and offers into third-party partner systems, ensuring accuracy for pricing, formatting, dates, and content.
  2. Validate offer details throughout the setup process, including cross-checking offer rules, pricing updates, and inventory.
  3. Maintain consistency across all partner platforms, resolving discrepancies as needed.

Project & Workflow Coordination

  1. Upload creative asset requirements and schedules into Basecamp, maintaining a clear and organized delivery, review, and approvals timeline.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional workflows between internal creative, analytics, revenue, and partner teams.
  3. Ensure all project deadlines are met, communicating proactively about timing risks or outstanding requests.

Partner Communication & Meetings

  1. Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partner requests, updates, and deliverables.
  2. Attend weekly virtual meetings with external partners to review upcoming sends, merchandising needs, and system updates.
  3. Provide timely solutions and information to support partner goals and evolving business needs.

Reporting & Performance Support

  1. Pull campaign and merchandising performance data from reporting dashboards for internal summaries or partner insights.
  2. Support reporting needs by ensuring accurate tagging and proper data capture on all sends.

What You’ll Bring

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience with project management tools such as Basecamp.
  3. 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, project management, email execution, merchandising, or digital operations (travel industry experience a plus).
  4. Strong understanding of UTM tagging, link management, and basic digital analytics concepts.
  5. Excellent attention to detail, especially in reviewing pricing, offer setup, and tracking components.
  6. Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage content across multiple platforms and partners.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
  8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  9. Clear and professional communication skills.
  10. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
