Location: Chaska, MN

Pay: $115k-$135k annual salary, based on experience level

Shift: 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Employment Type: Full time, direct hire

About this Opportunity:

The Project Manager oversees the successful execution of telecom fiber FTTx construction projects by leading scheduling, reporting, and overall coordination. This role includes supervising the Construction Manager and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to established standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Plan and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

Oversee the preparation and submission of project reports, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Supervise the Construction Manager, providing guidance on escalated issues and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.

Interface with clients and stakeholders for project updates, changes, and reporting.

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create efficient project plans and cost estimates.

Coordinate safety and quality assurance measures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
