Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Early Career Project Management & Planning Operations Representative. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and manage projects that transform business and operations processes to deliver maximum utility from state-of-the-art knowledge management systems.
• Ensure projects align to requirements identified in Operations Roadmaps.
• Participate in process mapping, process redesign, and roadmap activities as needed.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of, or interest in, project management, information flows, and process design. This position requires someone who can multi-task and is comfortable working in a team environment.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Programming)
• Basic Knowledge of Project Management (Agile or Waterfall)
