We are seeking a Project Manager for a long-term contract employment opportunity in the banking industry, situated in Richmond, Virginia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for conducting readiness assessments for Payment Facilitation, including operational implementation. This role will require understanding and applying Visa and Mastercard rules, such as Visa's Acceptance Risk Standards, and rules about the Payment Facilitation model.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct readiness assessments for sponsoring Payment Facilitation, including operational implementation at the bank
2. Understand and apply Visa and Mastercard rules, including Visa's Acceptance Risk Standards
3. Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and Cloud Technologies for project management tasks
4. Operate CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for managing and tracking project progress
5. Apply knowledge of About Time and AB Testing principles in project management tasks
6. Uphold Agile Scrum methodologies in managing project operations
7. Oversee budget processes and ensure the efficient allocation of resources
8. Facilitate change management processes throughout project execution
9. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operations as dictated by Visa and Mastercard rules about the Payment Facilitation model
