Our client is a leading Architectural firm looking for Architects to join their dynamic team (2 years contract, conversion or extension based on performance):

Project Architect

• Project responsibilities with project team on large projects in commercial, residential, healthcare, institutional etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results. 
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.

Design Architect

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, residential, healthcare, institutional etc.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Requirements

• Architectural degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years post graduate professional experience.
• Working schedule: 5 days (Mon to Fri)
• Office location: Central
