Your role as Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Bridge Partners, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that drive business outcomes for our clients. You’ll work with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, or technology, depending on the engagement, and you’ll ensure programs are scoped, planned, and executed with precision. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned professional, we’re looking for Program Managers who are collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering results. We have opportunities across a range of client environments and project types to match different levels of experience.

This role is remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii.

How you’ll contribute

1. Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives
2. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables
3. Track and manage program milestones and timelines, proactively addressing risks and dependencies
4. Communicate progress clearly and regularly to clients and internal leadership
5. Foster collaborative environments, ensuring teams are supported, informed, and aligned
6. Develop playbooks, process documentation, and insights that support continuous improvement

Your skills and approach

1. 3–10+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a consulting or technology environment
2. Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive consensus
3. Experience using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Project)
4. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting priorities, and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
5. A growth mindset with a passion for problem-solving and creating structure where there is none
6. PMP, Agile, or similar certification is a plus, but not required

The hourly range for this role is $45.00 - $65.00/hour. The actual hourly rate will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
