We are looking for Manager level candidates with a background in big 4 consulting (or similar), working with large project and programs to help facilitate business transformation, change management, Program Management and stakeholder management.

Exposure to life sciences is a plus but not required. All industry background will be considered.

Leading Engagements

• Design, lead and deliver transformation projects for clients

• Lead small teams on client site

• Manage day to day client relationships

• Develop your ability to contribute to account growth

• Proactively contribute to marketing within a specific capability or industry sector. This might be writing articles, attending events, or networking within the sector

• Build your leadership and coaching capabilities

• Drive and lead internal initiatives, working on specific areas of the business that interest you

• Learn from working with Principals, Client Directors and/or a Partner

What you'll do:

• Work on complex programs with increasing accountability and autonomy, with support and mentoring from our senior team.
• Lead workstreams or small projects, owning the intellectual content within your key deliverables.
• Begin to develop your leadership and coaching capabilities perhaps taking on responsibility for overseeing more junior individuals.
• Experience in scoping and/or delivering operating model, digital and data transformation, culture and people change, or leadership transformation capabilities across industry sectors.
• Get involved in building our brand and contribute to internal initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• 6 - 10 years within consulting (mostly from within a top tier management consulting firm).
• Experience of delivering target operating model, people change and/or digital transformation capabilities across industry sectors.
• A real interest in developing your leadership capability.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum Pay Rate for this position is $140k/Annum to $155k/Annum.
