The future team member that will love this job will manage client accounts and develop processes to ensure fantastic relationships with clients. You will call existing customers on behalf of our clients to renew and expand the service relationships. Reporting to a Director of Professional Services, you will align our global programs, provide tactical production support to cross-regional projects, improve essential processes and work with the client to solve for health risk drivers to achieve customer expansion. You Have

  • Experience with Business to Business selling process (HPS)
  • Proficient experience managing mildly complex projects and stakeholders, powered by data-driven insight. Complexity can vary based on several factors such as size, scope, number of geographies, variables or dynamics of customer and project
  • Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy or quality assurance
  • 5+ years of related experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role preferred (sales, presales or sales training)
  • Competent consensus building and conflict management skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects to align with ROI and account impact
  • 2+ years in a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Management or Program Management role
  • PMP Certified
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma, or the equivalent

 

You Will

  • Partner with teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans
  • Partner with teams to develop strategic road maps to promote customer retention and expansion
  • Plan and lead projects to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assess operational risks and use the operational understanding of client processes to develop corrective action plans globally
  • Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback through several methods, evaluating efficiencies and recommending changes to improve sales delivery
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with clients
  • Be the client champion and promote resolution of client issues, using resources from across the company
  • Lead expansion and efficiency projects including change requests
  • Oversee development of knowledge assets to improve repeatability and rapid adoption of processes
  • Seek counsel and guidance from higher level program managers, will receive guidance and mentorship on more complex projects/matters from higher level program managers and management

Virtual First and Remote Work

Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but a space at home to work is required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is required in your home to attend and host video calls, a minimum bandwidth speed of 20mbps is important.
