CookLearnGrow is looking for an enthusiastic San Antonio Program Coordinator for existing programs, to build new ones and be a key part of our growth. CookLearnGrow is a mobile culinary arts program teaching food literacy and cooking class programming to K-12 students with headquarters in Austin, TX.

We are looking for candidates who share our mission of the importance and value of teaching children to cook and bake. We are looking for candidates with experience managing high volumes of computer work, spreadsheets, account relationship management, program management, self-starter, multi-tasking, working with a sense of urgency, understanding of timing, meeting deadlines, customer service, an understanding of working with schools and children, strong cooking skills and cross-team coordination. You will be working with our management team as well as other Program Coordinators in remote cities to help us deliver existing and new programs to students across the state and beyond. As a Program Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the digital management and logistics in your city to ensure smooth delivery and high quality of our program.

Program Coordinators directly support our program by owning key business functions of your city or region, including:

• Customer support: Responding quickly, professionally and accurately to questions from our customers is key to maintaining a strong reputation of our program and confidence of the parents of our students. You will own the customer support for your area and the customer satisfaction that comes with it. Your inbox will always be organized with no emails unanswered or filed away after action taken.
• The master of our tools: You will become the expert of all our internal tools. You will make sure everything is done correctly, data is accurate and your team can rely on the information in our system.
• Program Growth: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing schools and other community partners. Anything and everything to maintain our standard of excellence and grow the program.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Substitute classes as needed
• Create and manage classes/camp and staff schedules.
• Manages class/camp registration.
• Manage customer facing and internal communications.
• Manages internal records.
• Conducts ongoing outreach to new schools/partners to achieve CLG’s growth goals including proposal processes.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Attend and manage promotional events at participating and potential host partners to market the CLG program.
• Other tasks as needed/requested that provide support for your team.

Pay: Salaried position starting at $18,000. Increase possible as program and work load grows, dependent on performance.
