Title: Production Manager

Location: Findlay, OH

Salary: $110,000- $125,000/year + Quarterly Bonus

We are a leading high-performance thermoplastic corrugated pipe manufacturer, providing a comprehensive suite of water management products and drainage solutions. Our innovative products and superior drainage solutions are used across various end markets and applications, including residential, non-residential, agriculture, and infrastructure applications. We have established a leading position in many end markets by leveraging our national sales and distribution platform, overall product breadth and scale, and manufacturing excellence.

What You Will Be Doing
 

• Responsible for the daily activities in the plant and overseeing various components such as production functions and plant organization
• You will be a big part of the hiring, training and development of team personnel
• Ensure we maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure we meet our production efficiencies on all production lines
• TIR maintenance and compliance
• Be in charge of the weekly production schedule and tooling changeovers
• Review inventory reports
• Ensure our quality specifications are met for all products
   

What You Need for this Position
 

• You should have proven production management/ Ops management experience within a Manufacturing environment
• You need to have Lean transformation/ continuous Improvement experience
• Basic industrial maintenance/ mechanical training experience expected
• Inventory management experience is preferred
