We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager to join our growing team. As a CADY Production Manager, you will primarily be managing the day-to-day functions within the Production Department. Using strict attention to detail to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are upheld, you’re the rock solid pillar that holds it all together. We are looking for someone who has strong leadership abilities, has impeccable communication skills, and is comfortable working cross functionally with multiple vendors and departments to accomplish our goals.

What will you do as a Production Manager?

• Understand, adhere to, track and report on, internal and external KPIs to ensure company goals are being met
• Oversee day-to-day details of employee management (scheduling, team dynamics, documentation, training, etc.)
• Facilitate departmental recruiting and hiring
• Embrace and enforce the Small Details are Huge core value
• Collaborate strategically with internal departments to achieve excellence
• Communicate with vendors effectively and efficiently
• Work in multiple software systems to complete daily tasks and duties

Can you check these boxes?

• Must be 18 years or older
• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required with 2-5 years of managerial experience preferred
• Amazing communication skills with strong emphasis on internal and external customer satisfaction
• Must be comfortable regularly working in an office setting
• Must be able to learn our types of events and product lines
• Must be able to lift products and supplies (up to 20lbs)
