Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital
• Expert in print production and preparing files for print
• Produce and update labels to comply with formulation, regulation, and any other changes since the last printing
• Work closely with Quality Control to ensure all labels are correctly identified with a product code, Lot Number, and Date of Manufacture
• Press sheet layout and printing
• Order various products from vendors via email or phone call and ensure delivery
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite software
• Create barcodes and keep track of them thru the GS1 US Data Hub
• Conceptualize, mock-up, and execute designs for trade shows and events
• Self-learn new design concepts for improvements by studying market information, company materials, references, and software updates
• Review printer proofs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Ensure labels are FDA compliant

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in graphic design or related fields
• 1-year minimum of work experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print specification, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design softwares
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate (both orally and in writing) with a wide range of individuals in a team dynamic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous label production layout experience (preferably in the Vitamin/Supplement industry)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
