Role Overview:

As a Product Designer, you'll step into a vital role, backfilling for a maternity leave. Your expertise will shine as you contribute to seasonal design concepting, bring ideas to life through sketching in Adobe Illustrator, attend fittings to ensure perfection, and collaborate in weekly triad meetings with functional team partners. Your tech-savvy skills will be put to use as you upload files into Miro, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Senior level experience preferred, ideally 7-10 years in apparel design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for sketching and design conceptualization.
• Experience attending fittings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with uploading files into Miro for efficient workflow management.

Work Environment:

• Workload: No more than 20 styles of Kids Performance Apparel (Boys & Girls).
• Location: Onsite at WHQ Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility of remote work on Fridays and half-day for Summer Fridays.
• Contract Duration: 3 months, until 8/20, with the possibility of extension.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $22.78 to $25.31 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
